Lincoln National Corporation first adopted its Guidelines on Corporate Governance on November 10, 1994, nearly a decade before the law required such guidelines. We continue to improve our governance to meet all legal requirements (including the FINRA governance requirements) and to include current best practices — often above and beyond legal requirements.
